Walk-ins are welcome. However, reservations are recommended and can be made by phone at 613-841-8400 or online.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash as a method of payment. There are NO cash or credit card refunds on products and/or services rendered. All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
Please turn off all cell phones. Clients 12 years of age and over. Clients between the ages of 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult. A health history form must be completed by all clients prior to any initial treatment or service.
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the next appointment will need to be confirmed with a credit card.
Spa packages must be booked and confirmed with a credit card. Please note that no charges will be placed on your credit card unless there is a late cancellation, in which case a 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your credit card.
