Reservations:

Reservations are made at the reception desk , by phone 613-841-8400 or by booking on line www.ezcapespa.com

Spa Admission:

We gladly welcome clients 12 years of age and over.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer admission or Spa Services to clients under the age of 12 years.

It is Ezcape Spa & Salon’s policy not to accept any clients with the following conditions:

• Warts
• Planters Warts
• Lice
• Athletes foot
• Fungus of any kind
• Infected nails
• Any visible infections to hands or feet
• Any visible open wounds

All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult and under supervision at all times.
Children of any age may not accompany parents for treatments.

All clients are asked to fill in a health history form prior to any services,an amendment will then be updated after every visit.

All clients going through cancer treatments are asked to have a Doctor's note prior to any services, hair,massage and Esthetics.

Guarantee, Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Cancelation policy: if an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, the next appointment will need to be confirmed with a credit card.

Spa Day Packages:

To better serve our clientele, Spa Day Packages & 2 or more services must be booked and confirmed with a credit card.

Upon Arrival (Spa Packages):

For all of our treatments you must complete a confidential case history form, as it is important for the therapist to ensure you are given the appropriate treatment.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are available in any monetary denomination, there is no expiration date on these certificates.

Gift certificates purchased for specific services have a 1 year expiration date.

Other Important Notes:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first treatment of the day. This early arrival will allow you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms on your first visit to Ezcape Spa & Salon.

To add to the enjoyment of your day, and to help others enjoy their Ezcape Spa & Salon Day as well, please turn off all CELLULAR phones & pagers when you enter the spa.

Please let us know if we can help you be more comfortable during your visit:
massage pressure, lighting, music volume, etc.

Please do not consume alcohol 2 hours prior to your treatment.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Spa & Salon.

All of our team members are Registered Certified Professionals, in their chosen fields and will be able to offer you helpful suggestions to enhance the benefits of your treatment as well as prolong the results once you return home. Feel free to consult your therapist or service provider at any time during your treatment.

Unfortunately, Ezcape Spa & Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

There will be no cash or credit card refunds for any products or services rendered. Ezcape Spa and Salon will issue an in-house credit only.

All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
